for the Civic Museums of Genoa
“What does it mean to work with the network of civic museums of an entire city?”
This question was the starting point for outlining common guidelines that could serve all the museums involved. The vast and ambitious project is divided into three main macro areas:
– Implementation of the online cataloguing of Genoa’s civic museums and download to the Sigec portal.
– Development of an app dedicated to Genoa’s civic museums.
– Development and improvement of the website dedicated to Genoa’s museums.
Working on these three macro areas in parallel has been extremely stimulating and complex. This experience taught me the crucial importance of deadlines and attention to detail. In addition, it gave me the opportunity to get to know the project stakeholders in depth, establishing clear and concise communication with them at all times.
